Excess Proceeds

This page lists the proceeds resulting from a foreclosure of a deed of trust or a mortgage on a particular property, which was sold for more than the amount owed to the lender and whose attorney chose to deposit the excess funds with the Treasurer pursuant to Arizona Revised Statutes § 33-812.
